GoogleGoView has provided us with by far the smoothest rental process I have experienced. As an international student, Sandra Popescu has helped and guided me through the rent and guarantor process with lots of care, patience and understanding. It was a pleasure working with Sandra who was always readily available to answer any of my questions and guide me through any contracts and technicalities. We now are ready to move into our wonderful new rental flat and look forward to keeping in contact with Sandra and GoView.

GoogleI should warn anybody coming into business with Go View based in Acton. I was requested by the agent to make a bank transfer (Dutch account??) in order to submit my application for a flat to rent in the area. After many days waiting for the reponse of the landlord, my offer was accepted with some changes to the lenght of the tenancy (36 months with 2 year break clause) which I didn't agree. I requested a change for a year break clause and the agent said the landlord wouldn't accept. I said that I would not proceed with the application and I requested my refund. Magically, then they offered me the flat with the new changes. I said no thank you. I can't do business with people that change their minds like that. My refund was never paid back into my account (£310) with the excuse that they actually took the flat from the market, etc. I found this completely outrageous as we never agreed to anything! and I am planning to take it further as they illegally took money from me!

Unfortunately this is a completely false account of an offer negotiation process. After a signed application for tenancy, the issuing of a draft AST, and receipt of a week's holding deposit the offer was formally put forward to the landlord. There was a period of negotiation and the offer was accepted at the terms presented initially by the Tenant. It is disappointing that our reputation is potentially at risk from this false account and it is also false to assert we use a 'Dutch' bank.

Our client selected to go with our corporate company tenant and as a result your tenancy proposal could not move forward. GoogleI was asked by the agent for an instant transfer before i can make an offer. My offer got excepted by the landlord. I got an email confirmation for acceptance of the offer. Goview do not honour the holding deposit and they do not refund the amount as instantly as they recieved the funds. When i complained the agent responded by stating that some one has offered more. I asked why was it still on the market after I was told it will be off the market he responded to say it is the nature of the beast. I said i wanted can i have money back they said sorry takes longer to give it back then to take it. Wow...

GoogleI moved to Go View London about a year ago, as my previous letting agent always let me down. For the last year I have been working with Jesal he has managed to always find me good tenant and always gives me great advice. Go view London now looks after all my rentals. I can always rely on Jesal.

GoogleI have reviewed the guys at Go View previously as below but I have to say it wasn't a one off, as promised I recommended my niece who was moving to London, to get in touch with Morne and he didn't disappoint, Chris was also very helpful, they didn't let me down. Thank you! Morne Ackerman in the lettings team has been absolutely delightful to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent, Oliver in the sales have also been very helpful advising on the sales market in Ealing.

GoogleFirst of all the customer service was absolutely brilliant. Well done Go View London! Not only that Morne, the estate agent, gave me a lift with his car and showed me 3 flats but he arranged for me and my mother to see one of the flats twice, as she came in London for a few days and wanted to see where I'm going to move. His service was professional and straight to the point. He helped us with all the details and stuff that we asked for. Really really friendly and helpful. He introduced himself in my own language, which was unexpectedly nice. I would rate it 10/10.

GoogleDear Bryan Light, I am writing this review not just for formality but for admiration. I have been a regular client in many different estate agents throughout my history, my portfolio is extensive which I am very proud of. Saying this I would like to praise one of your colleagues Jesal Sisodia, I have been liaising with him for a long time and the guy never gives up, he is always on the ball, always willing to help, and always has been on my side in all my interests. I don't think I could give enough stars to this young lad. Jesal has helped me complete my portfolio with a property I have always wanted since viewing properties with my father when I was a young boy. This house wasn't only a phycological purchase but an emotional one, and I thank him for his assistance. I wish Jesal all the best in the future, and all I can say is keep up the good work. I hope our paths meet again soon.
