GoogleSTAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS AGENT. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. They are so unprofessional, disrespectful and rude when it comes to customer service or after sale service mainly because of their secret profit and commission. They don’t even want to have a face to face conversation with their clients and treat you with rude manners over the phone. They don’t care about customers rights. I wouldn’t strongly suggest anyone to go through goview state agent as they treat their clients unfairly. They will put their rights and interest ahead of their clients which is absolutely unacceptable. They are so helpless and useless. They are absolutely dishonest and doing unfair trading as a state agent. They are not transparent with their clients in the beginning of any type of contract due to their secret profit and commission. They just want to tide their customers into contract without highlighting any important part of their agreement due to their interests. Anyone who’s dealing with this state agent or will going to deal with them needs to be vigilant 100% . They create significant imbalance in the rights and obligations of the parties due to their interests. They are biding their clients into a contract where they have a choice to whether or not to perform their obligations.

I've never gone from seeking a flat to having a flat with so little stress than I did with this experience. Sandra put a lot of effort and time towards helping us with our move. GoogleBasically scammers. Been renting through them, they saw that we are students and fooled us hard. Lost around £2000 at the end. Avoid these “agents”
This post is a fraudulent attempt to discredit our business. No record of couple in picture under the profile, no record of renting to students involved in this level of dispute. Please disregard this 'review' that has in turn been reported to Google.

GoogleMy husband and I were under some time pressure to find a place in London as we were moving from another city for a new job. After having some bad experiences with other agents, Sandra from GoView showed us three properties... And they were all amazing! Clearly this is an agent that has high standards. Sandra showed us all three in one afternoon, kindly leaving us time and space to look around and discuss. She was also great through the whole negotiation and signing process, so our transition to London proved a much easier one than anticipated. When we moved in the flat was cleaned to very high standards, so there was nothing left for us to do other than settle in. Ever since the agent has been very quick to respond to any queries or issues we've had, so we are very happy with them. Would recommend to anyone!
