GoogleHave to thank Rebecca so much for helping us find our home. We were pushed from pillar to post by other estate agents but then we found Rebecca and she didn't stop until she found us a place where we could keep our beloved dog with us. It's perfect for our little family, she kept in mind I wanted lots of room, close to a specific school for our son, our own parking and close to amenities. She made the process feel like a piece of cake and went over and beyond by keeping in touch with me at all times, unlike others I had dealt with. I was beginning to loose faith in finding a place that would accept dogs and was beginning to run out of time but Rachel saved the day and invested so much energy in us and for that we are so grateful! So thank you for everything Rachel!!

GoogleI had a very bad experience with this company, we had taken a house, we had paid everything, and very quickly, the house was not provided, and we had already bought the table and chairs, signed the contract and everything, we left with the notice other house, and a week before we call transfer, and tell us that the landlord does not want to give us more the house. absurd!!!!! never again!!!! 1 STAR BECOUSE IS THE MINIMUN!

GoogleBefore Go View I had a management firm that were awful, poor communications, poor commitment, really stressed me out in a very bad way. I'd worry about my flat, about the trust I had in the tenants they had found me and in their ability to fix problems. Since working with Donald and his team I've been absolutely delighted with the service. Donald Collins is straight-forward, no-nonsense and extremely happy to help and he was instrumental in me making the move through supporting me and giving me advice about dealing with problems with my flat. Jack Buchanan has been looking after my account and he's been excellent; in constant communication with me, protecting/removing me from being involved in too many things surrounding the flat, dealing with the tenant, and with builders, electricity and gas firms etc. He's given me a great piece of mind. Last but not least, Rebecca McCarthy has been a key figure in finding/negotiating/handling the paper work of my latest tenant. Constant communication (so much so that I was becoming the blocker in responding and making decisions rather than perhaps the traditional idea of me having to wait on the company) a straightforward no-nonsense attitude in finding the right tenant and giving all the right details I needed to make a decision. A big thanks to Rebecca, Jack and Donald. A great company to work with.

GoogleI bought a house through Go View, and specifically Donald Collins. I can't say enough good things about this agent. The transaction was anything but simple - I was overseas and 8 timezones away, we needed custom insurance, all sorts of arcane documentation, a bespoke mortgage - all facilitate by solicitors who couldn't seem to get their act together on all sides. The one steady voice of reason through all this was Donald. I know without his patience and his dedication this would all have fallen through. Instead we've secured the perfect home. Thank you!

GoogleI have never been treated with such disrespect as by this agent. Jack Buchanan in particular has a hostile attitude to tenants and claimed that I breached some clauses which is not true and is solely based on hearsay from a rude neighbour. They also fraudulently deducted £240 from my deposit without any proof. I raised the matter with director Bryan Light who couldn't care less. This dodgy agency has been reported to the ombudsmen for further investigation.

GoogleMy property has just recently sold with the assistance of Go View London. I was previously on the market with a local agent in South Ealing, they could not find a buyer so I turned to Go View through a recommendation from a friend and from the outset Donald and Oliver were professional and courteous. Within two weeks Oliver had found me a buyer that had been searching in the area for three months. Me and my wife are now looking forward to moving into our new house after all the hard work of the Go View team. GoogleA top notch job done by Donald Collins and Michael Bolger. These gentlemen are the very best of the best. They were always there for me, answered my many questions, kept me fully informed throughout the whole process of selling my aunt's flat. Coming from Canada to a totally different way of selling a property, I had no idea most of the time what was going on. Both men made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way and made sure that our sale went through first time. They go the extra mile for you and I can't recommend them enough! Thanks guys!
