We are over the moon with our experience from gleeson Firbeck Fields. Buying your first home can be very daunting however Sue from the sales office was always there to answer any questions we had and always informed us straight away throughout our build process. Darren the site manager was also brilliant and gave us a full and in depth home demo and again answered any questions we had straight away.

GoogleAvoid Gleeson Homes if you care about the health and safety of your family. My experience with Gleeson Homes has been extremely concerning. The property I purchased contains multiple defects that fail to meet basic building regulations, the very standards designed to protect lives. Gleeson’s attitude towards fire safety is particularly alarming. Instead of properly addressing gaps in fire protection, their so-called remedial work has involved covering these gaps with flammable materials. This is not only negligent but demonstrates a complete disregard for occupant safety in favour of quick, cheap fixes. Due to Gleeson’s incompetence, there is still no proper protection against toxic, explosive, and radioactive ground gases entering the home. Even after multiple attempts, Gleeson has failed to put this right, leaving a major health and safety hazard unaddressed. Gleeson homes may be cheap, but this is due to their reliance on the cheapest contractors available, which is evident in the corner-cutting, poor workmanship, and low finish quality throughout the build. Despite raising these issues, responses have been slow and remedial work has remained substandard. Homeowners are left living in unsafe conditions that should never have passed inspection in the first place. A developer of this scale should prioritise compliance with building regulations (legally the bare minimum)and the safety of its customers above all else. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid Gleeson Homes.

Still awaiting action on a reported issue, also, still awaiting a response to my review on this back in March. Selective customer service, evidenced by other responses to 0 stars. Clearly, we are homeowners not worthy of resolvement. Unprofessional. Loss of trust established and I’m suspecting more issues and non-action will arise.

Pinfold Park, Bridlington, East Riding. Type of house is a 2 bedroom Kerry.I have lived in our Gleeson home for 18 months , and feel I am now in the position to give an honest review of my personal experience.The sales lady was friendly and approachable and not pushy at all. She supported us in making sure we picked the right home to suit our needs.The house was ready in the said timeframe.The site manager checked in on us regularly after moving in to make sure everything was going well with our new home.Of course we have had some snagging issues, which one expects in a new build, but these have all been dealt with quickly and everything rectified to our satisfaction, apart from one.We did have a problem with yellowing gloss paint work in our hallway, down to the lack of natural sunlight and the gloss used, this defect was declined under the 2 year warranty( yes I said 2 years).But we decided to gloss all the paintwork ourselves in the whole house. Rather than paint the internal doors we decided to replace them with oak doors. So on this occasion I am pleased the defect was declined as the outcome was actually more satisfactory.All of the tradesmen who we have had dealings with have been friendly, respectful of our property and efficient. I can not fault them.Pinfold Park estate has a welcoming community feel, everyone is friendly and all I have spoken to love their new homes as I do.Am I happy with my Gleeson home? 100%Would I recommend buying a Gleeson home? 100%

I'm currently in the process of purchasing my first property as a sole first time buyer from Gleeson Homes, Hays Park. I cannot thank Sarah enough for the sheer commitment & determination to ensure a very smooth journey throughout the purchase. It's very rare you come across a Sales person that doesn't push anything on to you unnecessarily. She is honest & committed to keeping the train on the tracks for you throughout your home purchasing journey. Sarah comes highly recommended to speak with if you are considering buying at Hays Park, no question is too silly & no problem is ever too large. This is my first ever Trustpilot review and I feel it is warranted judging by my experience. Simply an incredible person with incredible customer service, she's a credit to Gleeson Homes.

Had no end of issues with the house from the en suite constantly leaking and needing ripped out every year, right to a complete flood due to a water pipe coming slack and flooding the house. Which due to it being out of the 2 year warranty they want nothing to do with… please do not buy a gleeson home or you will regret it. I will do everything to stop people buying their poor built homes.

Where do I start, from start to finish everything was seamless! Suzanne our sales manager was brilliant! She was very patience and accommodating from the start. She was always a phone call away and willing to answer any queries we had. We met Steve our site manager later on in the process but what a lovely guy he was, very friendly and helpful. Both him and Suzanne made our experience a great one.Best customer service and we would always recommend Gleeson to anyone. Thanks so much Gleeson for making out journey of getting a house awesome.

Property is very poorly built, the worst materials used, no consideration for families within their homes no cupboard space and gaps in the windows frames and gaps under window pane. also the bottom of the skirt ing boards cold air rushing. through. I would not reccommend this company. the bedrooms are small with now builtin cuoboards and not enough room to buy one.
