I have been chasing since September as to the state that our estate has been left in. They have moved off this site now and it is clearly out of sight, out of mind. Constantly being fobbed off with the same ‘we are chasing our technical department’ response. The management company have not took over yet so it is of the responsibility of Gleeson to do this yet these ‘managed’ areas have been left for months and months leaving it a scruffy mess. Just goes to show the disregard they have once they have their money!!

We are also continuously reviewing our internal processes and quality control measures at completion to ensure closer coordination between our construction and customer care teams.
For further reassurance, once your new home is fully built, an independent building inspector will inspect to ensure your new home meets the NHBC standards before handover takes place.
