GoogleOur experience with Gibbs Gillespie has been entirely positive. They found a buyer for us quickly, and when the chain unfortunately collapsed, they were equally speedy in finding another buyer. George is an incredibly proactive, communicative and hard working estate agent. He was always immediate in his response to queries and in taking action, when needed. We were lucky enough to work with Edyta, our move coordinator, who was also nothing short of fabulous. Efficient throughout the process, George and Edyta are a credit to Gibbs Gillespie.

GoogleIn 2019, I purchased a flat through this agency and the service was amazing professional, helpful, and genuinely supportive. That positive experience is the reason I returned. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely different. I made an offer on a property and, although the offer was accepted, the manager, Alex, showed no real interest in selling and was very rude and dismissive throughout the process. Due to this unprofessional attitude and poor communication, I decided to pull out of the purchase. It’s very disappointing to see such a drastic decline in service compared to my previous experience

GoogleI bought my house from Gibbs Gillespie 30 years ago, so they were my first choice when i decided to sell. Peter West’s guidance, professionalism and honesty meant we were able to sell our house quickly and secure our new home. Peter gave us great advice for pricing our house; and with Reena’s attention to detail for viewings, we were able to showcase the property’s assets and potential. We had multiple offers in the first 2 weeks, and Peter helped us counter an offer. He was very encouraging and supportive, and went above and beyond to help us achieve our goal. He co-ordinated all parts of the chain so we could exchange and then complete within 48 hours! Without him managing the whole of the chain with his superb communication skills, we would have lost our dream home. The whole team worked hard to communicate and were easy to talk to, polite, patient and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Gibbs Gillespie to aid your sale or purchase.

The sales manager, Peter West, was very supportive, knowing the market well, and providing expert guidance throughout the process. As a result, we ended up with the best outcome which I'm really pleased about. Peter was fantastic, also going above and beyond to help the chain when a complication arose with my onward purchase through a different estate agent. Can't fault anything with my experience.
