GoogleFrom start to completion of sale I received prompt responses and feedback from all the team. The support from Luca in chasing both sets of solicitors, liaising with our first time buyer and ourselves via phone and email was invaluable, and eventually got us to exchange of contracts.

GoogleLuca Beltrami came to our rescue The poor quality (online ones, don't ever use them) solicitors on both sides were painfully slow (there were only two parties in this transaction, first time buyer and no upward chain, 7 months!!!) causing stress and anxiety for both buyer and seller, the sale was on the verge of collapse thanks to their unprofessional dithering. had it not been for Luca stepping in and chasing the two solicitors we all would have lost out. Luca was very friendly and supportive, well done.

GoogleThis sale was akin to a visit to the dentist. It went on for months and months and felt like it. We used the recommended solicitors, Simply Legal who were absolutely useless. Getting responses from them was an absolute joke. Automatic responses say don't, re- Email or call as this slows things down. They were outrageous. I have nothing nice to say about them. But so far as I'm concerned, AVOID! at all costs. Eventually Luca started, and although he had similar problems getting responses from them, we did eventually sell. We're glad he got onto the case and moved things alon a little quicker than before.

As a first time buyer I had lots of questions about the entire process and of course there were sticking points but everything was explained accurately and thoughtfully.
