GoogleMoved to Letting Genie after having a terrible experience with a different well known letting agent in Milton Keynes. Letting Genie completely changed my experience of letting out just a single property. Super informative throughout and also have been nothing but excellent in finding tenants, as well as handling every aspect of the management. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for a lettings agent.

GoogleLetting Genie (Alison and Vik) are superb, knowledgable, efficient professionals with a personal touch -we cannot fault them - anyone thinking of employing a letting agent to procure and fully reference new tenants don’t hesitate. We weren’t intending on renting our flat out at the outset and when our circumstances changed and we needed to act quickly to rent the property for a while they found superb tenants who treat the property with respect. We were clueless about being landlords and they made it easy.

GoogleBy far the worst letting agency in West Midlands, I live in one of their property at Smethwick All 7 rooms are fully occupied yet this agency are too greedy to replace a very old broken Washing Machine and the Vacuum for more than a month now , The maintenance is horrible , stay away from them
