GoogleI have just had the pleasure of moving with Gatekeeper. I moved jobs from Swindon to Near Aylesbury. I rented from Gatekeeper In Swindon for 5 years and the service was always impeccable. I have just moved in to my new flat in Aylesbury and the experience was really smooth. The central property care team are excellent and really helped me sort the end of one tenancy and the start of the new one. The Aylesbury sales team were also excellent with Phil marshalling everything. It was also good that I could view in the evening as it meant I could view after work even with a 1.5 hour drive. Thank you to everyone involved.

GoogleAs a Landlord I cant speak highly enough of both the Swindon Team and the Head Office. I mange my property myself but they always give me great advice about the market and pricing for rent reviews etc and its easy to get deposits returned etc. The online Log In for Landlords lets me see the status of everything 24-7 which is great as I work shifts.

GoogleDefinatley the worst letting agents ivr ever had to deal with! Avoid at all costs! The only time you hear from them is when they use bullying tactics to get what they want. Only an automated system to call in emergencies which are not dealt with for weeks. The builders they do use are absolute cowboys (i guess this is gatekeeper trying to keep consistency with the service they provide). Their workers wrecked the house and made it un-liveable, reducing the poor landlord to tears! Landlords amd tennents best stay well clear in my opinion

GoogleHorrible experience terrible company. Our fully furnished home which we let with gatekeeper was robbed of all our belongs by the exiting tenants. Gatekeeper didn't notify us of the situation for several days as they didn't do a sufficient inventory check . They said they always do inventory checks from memory and didn't notice till it was too late? When any responsibility for this was put on them we were threatened with the legal team and that we'd not retain the tenant's deposit. Awful company!

GoogleAs a Landlord that lives abroad I rely on both the local sales team and the central office to be my eyes and ears keeping an eye on my investment. Everything runs smoothly a majority of the time and I can use my online account to look at things on my timezone and message the teams as required. I am back in the UK later this year and will look to catch up with the team and the property.

GoogleI have used gatekeeper for the last 8 years to find tenants for my rental property. I have found their service excellent and tenants have been found always within a couple weeks. I have recently switched to the fully managed service and so far again an excellent service.

GoogleWe rented a house in Swindon through Gatekeeper. We have just bought our first home and we just wanted to say thanks because the team couldn't have been more helpful during a stressful time! They made sure we knew what we had to do throughout the whole process of checking out and while we were in the house (just over a year), we only had a couple of things that needed work and Gatekeeper got maintenance people out quickly to fix them for us. When they needed to come to the house for viewings, we always got a text and an email to let us know what was happening and when we had friends over they understood and rearranged viewings around us. We would definitely recommend them - we've rented through lots of agents in the Area and we both felt that Gatekeeper has the best service and has thought about what tenants need.
