GoogleLove the speed in which they work. Dont ask them to go above and beyond there duties because they won't. We had to drive over 10 hours to get to our new home and they refused to meet us at our new home with the keys because it was past their "working schedule" about 2 hours after working hours! In their words "It's not in our best interests to go above and beyond" They suggested we book a hotel @ the cost of around £350.00 per night. Plus pay an extra day for our removals van. Paying them nearly £3000.00 wasn't enough!! I'm sorry but I wouldn't recommend this company if they can't go above and beyond.

GoogleVery professional. Very helpful. Very understanding. If I had one comment to make it would be to make clear who is who in the office and their roles so that I as a Client am aware of who is contacting me and why etc. But...this is NOT a complaint and I repeat I have found the experience of letting my house just fine and professionally handled by a polite and pleasant team.
