Horrendous agency! My daughter secured a property for herself and my granddaughter after leaving an extremely violent and toxic relationship. She was due to move in Tuesday, She passed the referencing and paid the fees. Then her toxic ex discovered which agency she was with and called them to tell them she was still on a tenancy with him.. and they pulled out. Despite several emails back-and-forth explaining the situation, they are not interested and will not even refund her the fees she paid. My daughter and my granddaughter are now homeless. If anything happens to either of them, I hold frost and co responsible! I will not let this go, I am going to complain to the property Ombudsman and trading standards. This information needs sharing!

To clarify, your daughter failed referencing as already explained to her, due to concealing important information on their address and the nature of their move. This was then clarified via a reference from a local, reputable agency. Therefore, our client decided they were uncomfortable in proceeding with the tenancy due to the dishonest application, and our client proceeded to not enter into a tenancy, all of which was decided without any knowledge of your daughter's unfortunate circumstance, as this was not explained at any point during the application process. The correct process has been followed based on 'False or Misleading information' being provided as detailed within the Tenant Fees Act 2019 as a reason to not proceed with a tenancy and as a result, withhold the holding deposit. We would appreciate you leave a true review based on the factual events and we're currently dealing with this matter and can assist with your daughter's complaint once the Complaints Procedure has been followed, as supplied to her last week. Should you wish to discuss further, please contact us directly, as we have not had any communication from you thus far. Otherwise, we will provide the above information in the form of evidence of correspondence and documentation to the relevant channels once the complaint has been raised. Thank you

Excellent service, would highly recommend them . Giles and Tia in sales were very helpful in pushing through the purchase of my property for me. I am awaiting hip surgery so needed to be moved in as soon as possible. Great communication all the way through the sale.
