GoogleIf you want a unhelpful rude non customer focused company then this is the one for you. Never have I come across such indifference to a consumers complaints. I rent a room in a shared house off f&co I have mould and slugs somehow coming in there response which I have saved. 'It's not an urgent issue ' we are constantly left without hot water or heating they are a joke of a company and I wish I had never bothered with them. Avoid at all costs also there places are so over priced it makes you wonder how they come up with it

GoogleLove the speed in which they work. Dont ask them to go above and beyond there duties because they won't. We had to drive over 10 hours to get to our new home and they refused to meet us at our new home with the keys because it was past their "working schedule" about 2 hours after working hours! In their words "It's not in our best interests to go above and beyond" They suggested we book a hotel @ the cost of around £350.00 per night. Plus pay an extra day for our removals van. Paying them nearly £3000.00 wasn't enough!! I'm sorry but I wouldn't recommend this company if they can't go above and beyond.
