If I had one comment to make it would be to make clear who is who in the office and their roles so that I as a Client am aware of who is contacting me and why etc. But...this is NOT a complaint and I repeat I have found the experience of letting my house just fine and professionally handled by a polite and pleasant team.

5 Stars, for 5 Star service. Have used Frost to let a property for a number of years now and have always found all the staff there to be helpful and professional. They provide a comprehensive and expert service. The property was only empty for a couple of weeks before a new tenant had been found, credit checked and had moved in.
