We moved into a property managed by Fraser & Co around two weeks ago now, and I have unfortunately never experienced issues like this when renting before. Our initial contact during our property hunt was helpful, but since moving in two weeks ago our property manager has been very slow to respond. We have reached out with several queries about the property, and flagged a number of problems with the flat but it seems to take several business days to receive even an acknowledgement of our emails, if we're not simply ignored (as has been the case on several items raised to date). We have been as forgiving as we can, but the issues have been piling up over the past couple of weeks with very little being resolved. I would have to advise others to avoid renting with this agency.

At long last, I have been able to sell my new build flat using Fraser & Co. This would not have been possible without the efforts of the highly capable Andrew Assaker. The flat had been on the market for just under a year, and I had already been through two other agencies who achieved disappointingly little in an admittedly difficult market. I switched to these guys and Andrew secured some serious prospects and ultimately a good offer within a couple of months of taking the helm. He was particularly impressive in getting a difficult in-person negotiation (involving a language barrier!) over the line. The rest of the sale process went smoothly and quickly. I would recommend Fraser & Co to anyone struggling to sell in this difficult market because I found them to be professional, personable and, perhaps most importantly, genuine.
