She was always quick to respond, kept us updated at each stage and made it clear what we needed to do next. GoogleWe started patronising Fraser & Co London West End since 1990s. We found the company very reliable and trustworthy especially the Property Manager, Mr Fajer Ali. We particularly appreciate his understanding, support and help in handling situations. He gave us prompt reply straight away every time. He identified the problem and referred to the appropriate channel. His warmth and willingness to sort out our problem is comforting to us. We would love to recommend Mr Ali's honest and enthusiastic service to anyone. He's a great asset to the company.

GoogleAbsolutely very disappointed with such so called company. I have made an order then to be told after 2weeks waiting of the item delivery that it was cancelled. If you can spend your money in other places as the customer service is appalling within this company, Absolute shambles

GoogleI had a viewing scheduled for tomorrow for a 10-year-old property, but after a brief conversation with Remzi Halil today, I have decided to cancel it and take my business elsewhere. Due to personal matters today, I informed Remzi that I might be unable to speak with a mortgage advisor before our scheduled meeting. Instead of showing professional courtesy, he was incredibly dismissive. He told me it would be a "waste of his time" to commute for an hour if I couldn't immediately prove my affordability. As a serious buyer with multiple options in this price range, including brand-new developments, I found this level of aggression and lack of customer service completely unacceptable. I have never encountered an agent who uses these kinds of high-pressure tactics just to secure a viewing. If you are looking for an agent who treats potential buyers with respect and understands that life happens, I suggest you look elsewhere.

GoogleWorked with Robert in the colindale branch. The process was seamless and Robert was knowledgeable with strong integrity. We decided to rent the apartment during the first viewing. We were a bit late but Robert waited for us which led to this successful transaction. The reference check process was seamless and any required fixes to the apartment were attended to. Highly recommended.

GoogleI was with a company called Lock 8 in Colindale and it then got taken over by Fraser and co. Initially I did not have a good experience until Robert Bizgan took over the management of Fraser and co in Colindale. Since then the service has massively improved!! He is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful & would communicate everything to me so I know what was going on. Nothing was too much for him and you could tell he was genuine & full heartedly trying his best to help to get things fixed at the property as well as source the right tenant for us. Very good service.
