Shocking communication from the senior staff, including management. Multiple ignored correspondence, failure to acknowledge or apologise for errors on their side. Would absolutely not trust this company with my money or as a tenant again. *in reply to the below. An official complaint was raised and I have emails which include Edward Sheraton and Robert Fraser, if they are not senior then please do get in touch as this means your complaint procedure has not been carried out within company guidelines?

This an updated review - I would give it a 0 if I could. My partner and I were renting with Fraser & Co for a year and the experience was awful. We all signed a contract (including the agency) to move on a specific date and ONE WEEK before the moving date, they contacted us to let us we needed to push back the date as their previous tenants didn't what to move out. This put a massive strain on our finances as we were moving from outside of London so we needed to somehow sort out an accommodation with very short notice and pay twice for our moving truck. Like this wasn't enough, when arriving at the apartment, the flat was in horrible condition. The contract promised furniture and it turns out all there was, was a stinky mattress with terrible and questionable stains. The washing machine wasn't working, the carpet was moldy, smelly and just in an awful condition overall. My partner and I complained several times as this was obviously NOT what we signed for, however, it took many visits to the actual agency's office to get anything done by them. Needless to say we needed to replace this mattress ourselves as they still had the audacity to think it was in good condition. There is a list of endless issues I could write in here but I honestly won't have enough space. The overall renting experience was dreadful but it doesn't end there. 2 months after moving out, it turns out some of the bills for this apartment are still in our name so it looks like we are in debt when in reality, it is Fraser & Co that hasn't taken the time to update anything. I've called and emailed with no reply. I hope you get back to me after this.
