GoogleI rented a flat through them and managed to have the viewings and paperwork sorted whilst abroad. They were really professional and I have 0 complaints. GoogleAs an overseas buyer, Fraser & Co had provided excellent one-stop service and took care of the property handover on my behalf, including snagging, reaching out for tenants and managing the tenancy. Credits must go to to Nazim and Clare who had given me a big help in securing a tenancy within a very short period of time. They were professional, responsive and took care of all the issues with dedication all along the process. I would have no hesitation to recommend them to others.

GoogleI was hoping to get a viewing for a lovely 1 bed in Nine Elms and all I can say is never heard from Gemma, the Letting Manager. Been told « oh no no the property will be let for sure by the evening as we have viewing from 5:30 to 6:30pm » I tried to arrange a viewing at 2:30pm which she confirmed and then emailed me saying slightly later and then ... not heard from her! Not even an apology. In this current market, all I can say is that this is clearly a poor customer service for tenants looking for a place to rent but also very poor service for the landlord. Although, office is in EC2 and property in SW11 ... probably the reason why she wasn’t bother to travel for viewing ...NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
Dear Mr Alves, Due to the current COVID situation we are having to make sure each apartment is vacant before we show our prospective tenants around. GoogleThey were very responsive before letting us the property, but once we made the reservation fee, they ignore you. During the tenancy, they only care about the landlords and ask you for money for everything without cause and explanation.

GoogleI rented a flat for two consecutive years with Fraser & Co. The staff is incredibly unprofessional, not to be trusted and at times blatantly unfriendly. Renting through Frasier was a real disappointment from start to finish and a huge energy draining endeavour. I would highly recommend avoiding this agency if possible.

GoogleFraser & Co have been great, the lettings agent Gemma was super helpful and communicative, showed us loads of flats that weren’t quite right and then found the absolute perfect flat for us. Gemma worked to align our expectations with the landlord’s which meant we could move forward. The property manager Martha had since also been very helpful since we moved in. Highly recommend Fraser & Co. - great experience :)

GoogleAbsolutely unprofessional. If any repairs are needed they'll bend over backwards not to send over a repairman/contractor. There have been loose tiles under the kitchen sink in the flat I'm currently renting and these haven't been fixed since move-in. They're great at taking your money and disappearing. Although I loved living in the area I'm in and the flat itself, I advise you to avoid them like the plague and rent from a more professional company.

GoogleCrooks and liars. They sell to themselves or their friends the best offers- once they sell it the flat is out of the circulation - it’s like it has never been on sale ! Usually when a flat is sold it still will be on the websites under the word “sold”. The flats that they sell to themselves just disappear - never to be seen again. Mafia style. Avoid at all costs ! Don’t waste your time.

GoogleAVOID - at all cost. I had wished to place a offer on the property - they took my holding deposit and never contacted me for 3 days. I had asked for my deposit back due to the lack of service i had received - im still waiting for my £500 that had been takan from me - they has said it willl take 3-5 working days its now the 10th day and now they have stop taking my calls. Its been the worse experience iv had with a agent. Avoid for the disappointment will be taking this further to retrieve my funds.
