GoogleI would like to thank Macey for being so wonderful during what was a needlessly strained and frustrating process with an inexplicably difficult landlord.
Unfortunately we did not secure the property and our multiple offers were rejected without justification, but Macey has been absolutely fantastic- her efforts and support have been hugely appreciated and we could not recommend her more highly.
Thank you.

I'd like to especially recommend to get in touch with Ariel Lupo, as I literally have never met such friendly, yet professional and helpful agent. I always say that looking for a flat in London is a traumatizing experience, but it's incredibly stressless and pleasant with Ariel's help. He's a real gem of the company and if I will consider changing the flat in the future I'll definitely rely on Ariel's experience.

GoogleMoving house is stressful, no one will say any different.
You’re trying to juggle the end of one tenancy and the beginning of another, there is paperwork, checks and of course packing everything to move. I’m happy that we were with Fraser for the latest move and property we had (February 2021).
Nazim was a pleasure to deal with and always made time to handle all the calls and questions we had which helped alleviate so many worries and made that side of the process as painless and as smooth as possible.
I would happily recommend them and hope to use them again in the future should we be renting or buying again in the future.
