Searching for your next rental in London can be stressful, but Pamela made our search very easy and stress free.Throughout the process, Pamela was very friendly, engaging and highly communicative. Although a real estate agent’s schedule can be busy, Pamela always made time to answer all our questions and inquiries My partner and I loved our process experience, and we can't recommend Pamela enough. The whole process took 1 week from inquiry to offer acceptance and paperwork. If you are in a search for a new house, please don't hesitate to reach out to Pamela.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Fraser & Co, and I have to give special credit to Fajer Ali, the property manager who has gone above and beyond in every interaction. She is incredibly caring, responsive, and genuinely diligent, a rare combination in property management. Recently, my washing machine had an issue, and Fajer handled it with urgency and care from the moment I flagged the issue. She made sure a technician came out quickly, kept me updated at every step, and when it became clear the machine couldn’t be fixed, she pushed for a replacement without delay. The whole thing was sorted faster than I expected, and with zero stress on my end, all thanks to Fajer's effort and follow-through. You can tell she genuinely cares about the tenants and doesn’t just do the minimum. It’s reassuring to know someone like her is managing the property, proactive, thoughtful, and on top of things. Fraser & Co is lucky to have her, and so am I!

In the process of moving flats in London at the moment and have had an amazing experience so far with Fraser and Co. Pamela has been so helpful right from us outreaching to her for a viewing to now whilst we’re in the process of completing pre-move-in steps. She made sure that we knew all the details about the property, answered all of our questions during and after the viewing, and is always available to support via email on WhatsApp as we are going through the process. As two young renters, we have lots of questions and Pamela is always willing to answer them. Couldn’t recommend them more and confident they will continue to support us throughout our tenancy.

received messages telling me that my viewings got cancelled on the day of viewing because i was not able to respond within an hour. didnt even bother to call twice before cancelling. ridiculous and disappointed customer experience

Really poor experience with this company. Especially the manager, Nazim who was extremely rude and unprofessional. If he were renting out my flat, I would be mortified as to how he treated a potential client!

My partner and I dealt predominantly by Nazim at this branch and he was so helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process of viewing, renting and ending our tenancy. Nothing was too much for him, especially when we encountered some hiccups with move out dates. I always felt like he would have an answer or solution to any problem- and I know I can be a tricky customer. Along with Amreet our nearly 3 year tenancy was managed wonderfully and I couldn’t recommend them more.

I had a very positive experience working with Pamela and Gemma while looking for a one-bedroom apartment.
