GoogleWhile I didn’t end up going through with the property in the end, Zak was helpful and patient throughout. He was efficient but not pushy and overall it felt he was managing the demands of both tennant and landlord well. Will be using Frank Harris Waterloo in the future if I rent in the area again.

He got in touch straight away and provided clear instructions as well as immediate assistance. Makes a massive difference being able to rely on someone for help when needed.

Reagan was very friendly and professional from the beginning when we first met him at the viewing. He has been a huge help throughout. He guided our letting applications and paperwork through many hoops and has been an essential point of contact for us in ensuring that things have moved forwards efficiently and always kept us updated. I have give the deposit for one house after 2 weeks I sign the contract and I recive call from agent with one responding: Sorry you are failed in bank statements. This situation si very stressfully for me and my family. I have tell to my lawyer to go back for this chase because his make me sick.

I purchased a property that was advertised by Frank Harris Southbank & Waterloo in 2023. The agents were deeply unhelpful and often resorted to ultimatums when speaking on the phone. My solicitors and I were multiple times accused of being purposely slow during the process when it was the seller's solicitors who hadn't provided the correct documents. Extremely poor experience.

Stay away from Putney Office. Well, in the beginning they re reachable all the time till the letting is agreed. After that I couldn’t reach them for 2 years during my tenancy. And now my tenancy ended but still no reply to my email or messages. It is unbelievable, I am already posting messages to all my groups to stay away from this company.
