The customer service is also really quick to respond and very helpful especially Cindy Anderson who has been supporting me with various requests. GoogleI recently moved to Stratford Halo and the whole process has been great. Raidah has been very helpful with everything and very supportive throughout. The rental portal that Folio use works great as well so the referencing went smoothly.

GoogleFolio London has been great to work with. I have rented with them for six months now. Francis provided excellent assistance in securing the flat. The process of signing the lease and completing reference checks was seamless and entirely online. Francis was brilliant, and I felt respected as a client. After moving in, Cindy, our property manager, gave my family and me great support. She is responsive, detail-oriented, and quick to take action. We don't worry about anything because Cindy is just a few email clicks away. She helps with our needs and provides clear guidelines to keep the property safe. Folio is a great company with a solid infrastructure and an awesome team! That's why their properties are always fully rented.

GoogleI was a tenant at City Park West for four years and Agata Sungaila has been the best Property Management Exec I have ever met! She has gone above and beyond to make sure I felt my home was safe and well-maintained, raising repairs without delay and keeping on top of any issues in communal areas. She has put my mind at ease with payments, repairs and my tenancy. I will only ever have good things to say about Folio because of the professional, reliable, and consistent management that Agata has provided.

GoogleJekabs was the best estate agent I have ever worked with. This wasn’t easy for him as we had multiple tenants drop out last minute but Jekabs provided us with the best service and advice and just wanted to help us out. I think he knew how much we wanted the house and wasn’t going to stop until we got it. He is a credit to Folio’s team and I would be more than happy to refer my friends and family to him in the future.

GoogleI've changed houses several times in London, and I'd say Folio was the best experience I've had; they're a very competent firm. I will continue to suggest this company. I'd like to thank Nabil Gamhouen for his help in finding a flat in Harrow-on-the-Hill/Marchants Apartments. He was a really kind and honest guy who did all of the necessary paperwork quickly and efficiently, he is a very professional guy. And Cindy Anderson, who always responds quickly and resolves any issues. Excellent team and company.

Much of our satisfaction and comfort owe credit to the Property Manager Cindy, who makes every effort to ensure repairs are promptly attended to and needs accommodated. The previous year we had our blinds in the living room replaced, request to change the double bed to bunk bed granted, permission to install a curtain rod for better light insulation…no fuss and always timely assistance from Cindy! Thank you so much for always putting the interest of tenants at heart Cindy!
