Amazing team and very efficient, as soon as I moved into my property my property manager Sharon Taylor been helping me with all my concerns and repairs - one of the most amazing people I came in contact with. Even when she was on annual leave she stayed in contact to make sure my repairs are completed well. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a new flat to get in contact with folio they would never let you down.

It was the first time I was leaving my family home and relocating to a new City, Folio London have been great with the whole process- from viewing to signing contracts and the time during my tenancy. I've been a resident in folio London for nearly two years now, and myself & my partner love it here! Agata, who is my property manager in Chelmsford, has always responded to any issues we have regardless how small at a very quick pace & has always sorted us out ASAP to make sure there is not even a little inconvenience! Once, I bought a new car not realising my car struggled to fit in my current car park spot, and within an hour of contacting Agata she found me a new spot and moved me straight out! I definitely recommend anybody to move here, as they obviously make sure they get the best property managers here, that are always just a message away! I've had lots of issues with landlords in the past, being rude and plain out refusing to sort any issues, but never once had an issue here! We have engineers sent out either within the same day or the next day at the latest, they have handyman's on standby that come ASAP to sort any small issues like something coming off its hatch or anything that you can imagine! Any issues, they will definitely sort it out for you, thank you for being a great property manager Agata! :)

Trying to finalize a property to rent has been difficult but that was until I met Adam. He has been very patient and supportive. In terms of the company Folio are very good, the flat is really nice, and in general, they are very welcoming. However, the Property Manager Cindy Anderson is to avoid. She is unprofessional, very very bad with her responses, and can not be counted on in case of an emergency. You can try to call her as many as you want and she won't answer or call back. However the rest is great and the flat is very recommended as long as Cindy is not involved.

I rented a flat in north London for about 2 years through Folio. I would say that their access to new built flats across London is great, the annual rent increases are kept affordable which is very important now. At the same time their maintenance of these could be a bit better - some items never addressed , repairs promised to happen before moving in not done. I was lucky to have Shannon as my property manager. She always picked up my calls, even whilst abroad on holiday when I needed to give my notice. Shannon understood when there was an item that really needed repairing and although the Folio process was long, at least she approved the work to be done.

I have recently moved out of a Folio property after five years, and it was an excellent tenant experience overall. From moving in, through to property management and finally moving out, everything was handled professionally and very fairly. Rent rises were always reasonable and communicated in good time, and they were excellent during Covid - they didn't increase rent that year. Folio looked after the property well, carrying out annual electrical tests, servicing the heating etc. At the end of my tenancy there were no spurious attempts to deduct costs from my deposit either. Responses over email were often slow, but my most recent property manager, Lerayne, was always very friendly and helpful when she got back to me. All in all I would strongly recommend Folio, they are hands down the best landlord I've had in my 10 years renting in London!

Myself and my partner have been renting with Folio since June 2015 and have been very satisfied both with the property and with the service we get. Over the years we have seen people come and go and Folio always seem to clear a flat completely and ensure that it is in very good order before the new tenant moves in. About Folio London Ltd: My friend & I rented one of Folio's flats in a new build development residential complex in Stratford, London and this has been indeed the best property we ever rented in the UK! Renting a 2-bed flat with Folio gave us the comfort of feeling like home without making an effort, the property was end-to-end furnished according to up most fashionable interior design trends and all the furniture was high quality & sustainable. The flat was as well very well maintained and corresponding to the BTR standards, very cosy because of the spacious rooms, full of light, French windows, amazing top floor view, huge balcony, build in appliances, fitted bathrooms, memory foam mattresses & luxury bed frames, build it wardrobes and a lot of space for storage. Templar House flats owed by Folio Ltd are the best one in town for what they must offer & beyond, both for renters & buyers! About Sharon: I would like to personally thank & recommend Sharon Taylor who was our property managed for 1,6 years. For the time being Sharon possessed up most professionalism in liaising with us as tenants, she was as well extremely quick to pick up the phone, support our matters and remain very professional yet kind & friendly. We met Sharon upon end-to-end check out inspection and the appreciation was mutual for both ends. She also handled matters while being abroad during her outside of work hours and we could not thank her enough for all her kindness. Sharon Taylor is the type of manager that would never bother a tenant while they are occupying a property and would be respectful towards a person's personal space! I been with Folio (Royal Wharf) for about a year now and so far personally speaking I had an excellent experience with my property manager - Gina. She has been diligent with my requests and made sure all my issues are timely handled and resolved (eg. I had logistic issues while moving into the flat as it was during holidays, I also had issues with parking management, and quite other few -- all of this issues are unpredictable but Gina made sure she owned it and resolved it for me). I wanted to take an opportunity to commend the great customer service I received from one of Folio's Neighborhood Manager Hannah Hussain. Honestly, I travel for work around the globe but there is no one who has ever made me and my wife feel more valued as a customer than Hannah. Her professional attitude with such a friendly approach should be like an industry standard if it isn't already. We were moving property that were previously managed by some one else and now handled and managed by Folio. I feel like I won a lottery on my first interaction with Hannah itself when I found out that she works for Folio and she is indeed my neighbor hood manager for both properties. Now moving is already to hectic but Hannah left no stone un turn to explain me everything about check out and check in process, great suggestion to get keys 3 days early to move into new property rather than rushing in, she helped us get all the relevant furniture items that we needed in the new property and even went above and beyond to confirm by showing so much care that she would check with us even the color theme we are planning so when she places an order for furniture then she will try to match it if she can. I mean who does that. Only Hannah herself. Her great communication skills shines through her emails and over the phone where clear messages are mentioned and if she is not sure she will double check by reaching out. This was by far the best move and the best decision that we had by going with Folio and having Hannah Hussain as our case handler and neighbor hood manager. She is a gem and really knows are insights around property business including the construction element side. She is a rock star and I believe Folio should definitely recognize how hardworking she is and a great asset she is to the company.
