GoogleI have stumbled upon Folio London via one of the house renting websites and I am very glad that I did! With the struggle of finding a new place, especially in London, and have spoken to several other real estate agents, I can say Folio was one of the best in regards of communication, friendliness, taking what we want into consideration and overall was really happy with them! I highly recommend anyone searching for a place to check Folio.

GoogleWe had an amazing experience with Folio, especially with our agent Karolina. She is very helpful, and always very responsive for all our issues. We had a few problems due to personal reasons, but she was incredibly kind and understanding. In the end, we moved in our dream apartment. Thank you very much Karolina:)

Google1 star cause couldn't be less, I been a tenant for over 1 year and it was a very bad experience. Is impossible to contact the property manager by phone and any email gets automatic replies saying to contact someone else, if you have any problem it get months to fix it and at the end of the tenancy they kept part of the deposit over charging silly things. I strongly recommend not to work with this agency. Thanks goodness my contract is end and is finish this nightmare.

Professional team that works hard to make sure you get a great customer service as they have a great knowledge to guiding you through all the process from the viewing to signing the contract. Throughout this they still manage to sort out all the aspects without any delays. Time and time again they keep a close eye to ensuring your stay has all the necessary a commodities.

GoogleI am pleased to be one of Folio tenants. I must admit this was the smoothest moving experience I had as well as the fastest one - it took only 4 days from the point I saw the flat and to the point when I had signed tenancy agreement. Karolina handled my case very professionally and she was extremely helpful at every step of the deal. She is the real professional and she's extremely great at what she does. I didn't have any question left unanswered and always in a timely manner.
