Booked an apartment through Fletchers Chiswick. They took a week to check that everything is working, but when I moved in turned out that water heater is not working. So there was no hot water and no heating. Was calling them 3 times on Sunday just to order an emergency service, because boiler was leaking - master came after 5 hours.. We’re leaving in a hotel for several days just because the water heater is still damaged and they are trying to fix it. They are not ready to take expenses for the hotel, as well as at least recognise that the team who checked the apartment did not work properly. Fletchers are trying to make landlord to pay us expenses for the hotel. Not ready to take responsibility for anything. They are a joke, not a reliable service. Very unprofessional UPD: after several back and forth, they agreed to pay for the hotel. We told that we do Have an expert report from British Gas, they’ve agreed to pay 300 GDP for the hotel (3 nights).
