GoogleI have had a lovely experience communicating with Astle at Fletchers Chiswick. He is positive, knowledgeable, helpful and easy to reach when needed. I have felt supported throughout the entire process due to his friendly nature, and he has been extremely patient when I’ve had any questions. GoogleThis has been one of the most stressful and frustrating renting experiences we’ve ever had. We were not told before moving in that the building cannot have fixed broadband installed. Both my partner and I work from home, and this is a basic, non-negotiable requirement. After moving in, every major provider (BT, Virgin, Sky, EE, Vodafone, Three) confirmed only mobile dongles are possible, which are unstable and unusable for professional work. What makes this worse is that the previous tenant later confirmed to us that he had already raised the broadband issue with the landlord, directly contradicting what the agent told us. On top of that: Extremely poor sound insulation (constant noise from upstairs from early morning, through out the day, evening, night time) An uncomfortable confrontation with a downstairs neighbour about normal use of the flat No proper viewing before moving in we only saw the property when collecting keys Repeated inconsistent information, delayed responses, and no accountability When we calmly requested a reasonable early termination, offering to cooperate fully and continue paying rent until a replacement tenant was found, the branch became defensive and more focused on fees than resolution. Communication from the branch manager was inconsistent and focused on defending the agency’s position and commision rather than resolving the issues. If you value transparency, professionalism, or being told material facts before signing a tenancy, I would strongly advise caution.

She was attentive to our needs, showed us the exact properties that we wanted and was very informative and engaging throughout the viewings. I've seen more than 20 properties with her, and it was always a pleasant time. She provided the best advice and overall is an agent you want to work with.
