GoogleChard have twice successfully let my property in Brook Green. On both occasions they found excellent tenants who stayed long-term. James provided a great service and I found him to be very helpful.

GoogleChard Brook Green is definitely one of the most professional estate agency office in London. They addressed our needs and expectations very clearly in the shortest time. It was very good to deal with them since they did not just take us to any property they have available in their catalog. They understood our needs and addressed those needs perfectly. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

GoogleI have been a client of this office of Chard for well over 17 years, as a landlord in the area for which this office has consistently found me high quality, reliable tenants. The team there is always professional (I would say the current team is certainly one of the best, in my experience); they deal with matters in a timely fashion, always respond to emails quickly, and when looking for tenants, offer advice on pricing, feedback on viewings, and generally work hard to make the connection between landlord and tenant as smooth and pleasant as possible.
The fact that I have worked exclusively with this office for such a long time should speak for itself.

GoogleAs a landlord, I have been working with Chard for the last 9 years on multiple properties and they have been extremely professional in their services with good understanding of the market and the legal issues that are associated with it. Highly recommended to any landlord out there!

GoogleProfessional and helpful letting agent. Was able to find tenants quickly and assist with their requirements prior to move in. Despite not managing the property for us they regularly check in to ensure all is well. Would recommend.
