GoogleDuring our search initially we were shown properties which were not what we were looking for. But, once this was understood we were shown much better quality properties. During the process of securing the flat Jade was very helpful when dealing between us and the landlord especially when things were not as we expected when we arrived! There were however a lot of things to fill out and felt like it took a lot of time. Overall we were happy with the process and ended up with a flat we really like!

GoogleAs a tenant of a Fletchers-managed property, I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with them. Our property manager, Agata Madeja was an absolute dream to deal with. Problems were quickly dealt with, with Fletchers responding within half a day, and an excellent set of contractors whom we came to know quite well over the years we stayed. I'm actually disappointed that our new property managers aren't Fletchers. I wish we could take them with us!

GoogleI have been a landlord for 10 years now and have used Fletchers for the majority of that time. I own two properties in Chiswick but am based overseas. So it helps if your properties are being managed by someone you can trust to check all the details, keep you in the loop and respond to your questions quickly. I found that in Agata Madeja who has been the best property manager I have worked with. She goes that extra mile to make sure your property is taken care of, costs are kept low and you are aware of all options available to you as a landlord. I also own a few properties up north and I wish there was an Agata in those lettings agencies as well

Jade at Fletchers was actually able to help me secure a property (that I loved) in less than 24 hours. She made the back-and-forth very easy and I am very happy with my situation. Highly recommend their service as they are highly organized.
