My flatmate and I had an absolutely delightful experience in employing the services of Fletchers to find our current flat. Anthony was brilliant in finding us flats which were well within our price range, and far superior to any we had viewed before coming to Fletchers, as well as proving eminently professional and extremely knowledgable about the area. The flat we eventually settled on was one not let directly by Fletchers, but rather a management company - nonetheless, Fletchers was a great help in driving the expeditious completion of the necessary documentation and keeping us up to date, with Anthony even checking up on us after the letting process was completed to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I have nothing but praise for this Estate Agent. They were efficient, always available, and nothing was ever too much of an ask. They found me replacement tenants very quickly, and dealt with all issues in an incredibly professional manner. Anthony recommended me a cosy studio with a separate bedroom. He and Christian carefully explained everything I need to know, and considering I am still a student, they negotiated with the landlord to reduce the rental price and advance payment and also furnish the studio with new furniture. Their passion, patience and honesty expressed me greatly and I took the studio immediately. Due to the change of moving-in plan, they even arranged me a similar property with the same location and price. I cannot be more grateful to their great services and support.

This is THE letting agency! We gave Fletchers the -what we considered to be - impossible task. 1 bedroom flat, within a specific price range, pet friendly! While other agencies took in consideration maximum 1 of our requirements Fletchers found for us the perfect house. We were impressed of how serious and persistent they were to help us find the house that matched our tastes. Costumer service was amazing, everyone was extremely professional, polite and with remarkable attention to detail. The agency is very professional and everyone is really nice and helpful .Christian is probably the best letting agent ever ( we have seen quite a lot of agencies before ) . He helped us to find the best flat for us . He took the time to show us many flat , to answer our questions and to give advise .
