Giles was wonderful from start to finish in helping us find out rental. A true gent who goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Everyone we dealt with in the Chiswick office was extremely friendly and professional. We didn’t like the lettings hub reference checking. Very automated and impersonal. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.

I recently rented a property from fletchers. I can confidently recommend them . Giles Maylon and the whole letting team were brilliant. They were highly professional, polite, and very efficient. They Made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better agency. I've been to other agencies and most their fees are ridiculously overpriced. Hayley has been superb throughout my tenancy - initially showing me around properties I'd showed an interest in as well as going out of her way to show alternative similar properties and giving advice on the local area. I was new to the area and Hayley ensured she understood the kind of lifestyle I was looking for and recommended really well based on that. The process of renting our flat went smoothly, and although we didn’t learn until we moved into our new flat that it was not fully furnished as stated both in the ad on Rightmove, and by the agents of Fletchers (one who showed us the flat and one who arranged and setup our agreement), the office at Fletchers took our complaints seriously and kept in touch with us after our move in. They sincerely went out of their way to make a very difficult situation much better - particularly around the holidays (and because we just found out we're expecting our first!). Thank you to Erica and Giles, who took our concerns seriously and kept in touch with us to make things right. It may take a bit longer than expected, but we are looking forward to getting settled in our new flat.

My sister recommended Fletchers as a letting agent as she had an excellent experience with their staff who provide a very good service. My contacts are Giles Malyon, Donna Woods and Beth Jeromson. Giles showed me a couple of properties within a day of me chatting to him and describing my requirements. Almost 3 of the 4 were a perfect match. Unlike most other agencies, Fletchers listen to you and work with you to find a place that meets the needs, budget and even the moving in date. We have used Fletchers Chiswick since we moved to London in April 2018, from Australia. Have been pleasantly impressed with Agata’s Work ethic and property knowledge. Erica Whitehead and her team are fantastic. They are truly great from all ends of the business. I will be honest when we first put our property on the market as a rental I made the decision to go with another estate agent. The property sat empty for close to 4 weeks with not many viewings. Erica kept in touch with me during this time and truly showed determination to win over my business in a professional manner. I then made the decision to move over to Fletchers. It was the right one as they had the property rented within 2 weeks. They have a great team in Chiswick. Also, they do have a long list of corporate clients which makes it easier if you are looking for a corporate tenant. Speaking to my tenant they are very happy in dealing with them as well. I would say if you are looking for a lettings agent in the W4 area then Erica and her team at Fletchers Lettings (Chiswick) are the ones to deal with.
