GoogleGreat service, and would certainly use them again. Fletchers were quick to respond to any queries, and always happy to help. We ended up leaving before the contract expired, and they were once again very helpful in seeing us through the process. A special thanks to Mrika for looking after us while we were in the property. No request was too small, and everything was dealt with on the day queries were received. A refreshing change when dealing with property managers in rented properties!

GoogleI have nothing but praise for this Estate Agent. They were efficient, always available, and nothing was ever too much of an ask. They found me replacement tenants very quickly, and dealt with all issues in an incredibly professional manner. They even responded in out of office hours and made numerous trips to the flat as I was abroad. An overall excellent service and a real pleasure to deal with such friendly and efficient staff.

GoogleJoshua was an incredibly helpful agent with insightful advice on the housing market and approach to renting in London. He was understanding and kept me informed without being pushy. He was also very organised and reliable. Although I did not go for a property with Fletchers, I was very impressed with Joshua's service and would return to Fletchers in future.

GoogleDelighted to recommend this first rate Lettings team headed up by Christian. I have rented my flat through Fletchers for several years and have always been impressed by them but more so since Christian started managing the Brook Green branch. Very professional, experienced and helpful team and great communication with their clients. I would recommend them without hesitation.
