GoogleI recently completed the purchase of my first home and had an excellent experience with Fletchers, particularly Kareena, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. From the outset, Kareena was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. As a first-time buyer, I had countless questions and requested multiple viewings, and she was always happy to help, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. What stood out most was her balanced and fair approach. Rather than encouraging bidding wars or unnecessary competition, she represented both the buyer and seller professionally, helping to ensure that a fair price was agreed for everyone involved. Kareena also demonstrated an exceptional understanding of the legal and conveyancing process. She was in constant contact with the buyers, the sellers who were abroad and their solicitors and kept all parties fully informed, mediating and explaining the issues when required. GoogleGreat experience with Fletchers. Found my absolute dream flat and couldn’t be happier. I viewed lots of flats with various estate agents, and Chloe definitely stood-out. She was far less pushy than the others and it didn’t feel that she was overselling/being dishonest about the reality of the properties. It was refreshing and inherently meant I trusted her more. She was really lovely to deal with throughout this process too. Most people seem to have horror stories with estate agents but I am pleased to say that was not my experience. Highly recommend!

Their approach in helping their tenant is so thoughtful and considerate! We have received all the support and attention during our stay from the beginning to the end . The gentleman who is really is a gentleman I met few times called Ashley Griffiths is absolutely fantastic ,his approach in helping us and continue to follow up and making sure all is dealt with us attention to detail ! I also want to say how grateful my son and I are to Mr T white for letting us rent this amazing property for two years and for being the most understanding and compassionate landlord he has been and for this we are both very thankful ! Overall Bridget the lady I dealt with for the first year has also been so wonderful she responded straightaway In any query I had and dealt with it . Overall Fletchers at Brook green and the team are the best estate agent I have come across in london whose service is impeccable. GoogleI am very disapointed on our move in day. Nobody come with us to show us the flat. They just give the key and let us figure it out ourself. We expected everything to be ready such as a profressional cleaning. Flat is full of smell of painting. Everywhere is dirty with candle mark everywhere in the flat. Balcony is very dirty. Oven is full of sticky oil from the previous tenant. Private parking space is included with the flat. When we arrived, parking is being used by someone. They told us to use 1T. When we ask them what is 1T, they don’t even know what is that and can’t give us an answer. We try to call the property manager, no one respone. So now we have to pay for parking instead of having our own space. We required mattress to be ready on our move in day which is 27th Feb ( in contract). When we arrived, nothing is there. So we have to buy our own mattress We pay for the deposit and 1 month rent so we also expected they prepare 1 month ahead. Very stressful and disappointed day. I have recorded everything. Below are just some picture that we take. Please tell me if this is acceptable
