He was very good at accommodating all our questions and was very organised when it comes to managing our document requirements and whatnot. GoogleWhat a great experience we’ve had! All of the staff know their stuff here and are true professionals and experts in their field. Christian dealt with letting our flat for us. We had spoken with several other local agents, but we felt Christian was really genuine and understood what we were looking for as first time landlords. Within 24 hours of signing our contract with Fletchers we had an offer on our flat, and it wasn’t even on the market yet! It’s a real testament to Christian and Paul and the rest of the team who are really good at their jobs. Communication has been faultless throughout the process. Would 100% recommend Fletchers at Brook Green! Not only as landlords, but as tenants (our tenants are super happy too), and also sales. We were thinking of selling our flat before renting it out, and we were really impressed with Paul from sales too. A true gent and professional who really knew what he was talking about.
