Googleamy, leigh, tina and the whole team at fletchers were the nicest, most efficient agents we dealt with during our recent flat search - and they found us a place to boot. as soon as our offer had been accepted they were incredibly efficient and everything was sorted within a couple of days. we're very much looking forward to our move next month and really grateful for all they've done - we couldn't recommend them enough.

GoogleI shan't lie, if one is moving to the capital from outside as my wife and I did , dealing with London's estate/lettings agents will certainly be an eye-opener and most definitely not in a good way. About halfway through my search for somewhere, I happened upon Fletchers and am ever so grateful that I did. Everyone there, Amy and Leigh whom we dealt with in particular, I found to be most friendly but perhaps, more importantly, helpful and accommodating. In fact, we acquired the place we did in the end only because they rang me when a house was about to come on the market that they thought would suit us. It did and the rest is history. I would most definitely recommend them if one is looking to relocate to or within Chiswick and surrounds.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleNatalie and Paul have been incredible in their efforts at renting out 18 Ave gdns ….achieving the asking price for the rent and being consummate professionals throughout our dealings with them. We never had to wait longer than an hour for responses to emails They were always on time for viewings They were sympathetic of our concerns over previous tenants and have supported us moving forward . It was the communication that really impressed us. And we felt that Han was championing us and offering shrewd advice. GoogleTwo friends and I have been searching for a new place across SW London for months now and have met with some pretty unresponsive, unreliable and unprofessional estate agents during this time, the service and experience of dealing with Fletchers and in particular Beth Jeromson was the polar opposite of that. They responded within an hour, organised a viewing within an afternoon, stayed later than they needed to, to ensure our offer and needs were met. GoogleFletchers is very good at carrying out punctual and thorough 6 month review visits to my rental flat. This meant that Bridget picked up a problem with the current tenants (who were letting their child draw on the newly repainted walls!) that she is now busting a gut to nip in the bud and resolve before it becomes a real issue. Having previously managed the properly myself, I so appreciate the luxury of having someone else look after my problems for me.

GoogleMyself and my other half have been through our share of house moves - we met Paul after being served notice on our flat as he was managing a property in the building next to ours and he was nothing short of amazing. We viewed the flat, made an offer and paid holding deposit within literally an hour and a half!! Genuinely the smoothest move we’ve both done. Even after we moved in and the landlady is now managing our lease and the flat, he’s been happy to answer any additional questions we’ve had, checked in to see how we were settling in etc. The bloke is an asset to the Fletchers team.
