We worked with Natalie and Ed when finding our flat, and they went above and beyond for us. Through road blocks, they are solutions oriented and always found the time to talk when we had (loads) of questions. We could not be more excited to move into our new flat or more grateful to the two of them for making it happen!

Fletchers provided excellent service during our almost two year tenancy. They were very easy to deal with and extremely responsive. They were fair and always tried their best to help if we had a query or question. I would definitely recommend Fletchers as an agency.

My wife and I have received an exemplary level of service from Tina Stres at this office. She actually listens to our preferences, responds quickly and is always punctual to viewings. Whislt she hasn't yet found the perfect flat for us yet (to be fair, we are very particular) no other agent has worked as hard or provided us with as many quality, potential properties to consider. If you're looking for property in Chiswick or surround area, call Flethches and ask for Tina.

Han Orkoz at Fletchers Chiswick was super helpful in helping myself and my partner find a property. From viewing to moving in everything ran smoothly and he has been quick to respond to any questions/concerns we've had throughout the process.

Can't recommend Leigh and Amy enough. By far my favourite estate agents I dealt with in a v. stressful rental search, as an 8-month-pregnant person! They are friendly, down-to-earth, compassionate and honest, and genuinely try their hardest to find you properties, without sugarcoating or trying to sell you on things - which needless to say is not what you always get with agents! Even though we preferred a flat in a different area, so went with someone else in the end, both Amy and Leigh will stick in my mind and I thoroughly recommend their services to anyone who needs help finding a property!

Natalie Manin is completely on the case from the word go and her colleague Tina Stres has just done a great job reletting our property at the asking price in less than a week on the market. I highly recommend Fletchers' Chiswick branch to landlords. Not only will Fletchers find you a good tenant, but they also provide excellent ongoing support and advice during the tenancy.

Fletchers approached us about finding tenants for our house. They quickly lined up potential viewers and gave us relevant feedback. The entire team were polite, well organised, friendly and easy to deal with. The process was pretty seamless from end to end and I would have no hestiation in recommending them.

Fletchers are the letting agent to the flat we have just moved in to. Han was/is great, he's helped tremendously throughout the process and is a very polite and professional. Great communication from start to finish and he is still helping iron out a few snags with the property (not the fault of Fletchers). Thank you to you and your team, Han.

I walked into the branch where I was politely greeted by a young lady and asked her for details of another agent on the high street. Without any hesitation or objections she was happy to help me 😊 It was so refreshing to have this level of willingness to help as it would seem I wanted details of their competition. I was not after a property to rent, I wanted to know the location of the place to surprise visit a Director of a company as I travelled 155 miles 😳 I wish you continued success.....

Amazing service by Yasmin! (rental) We had been really struggling to find a flat for a couple of months. We were lucky to come across Yasmin in this agency. She has a super amazing and efficient in finding us the right flat. Listened to our expectations and only looked for options that were in-line with those, something that doesn't EVER happen. Gone out of her way and even worked out of hours to support us. She made us feel comfortable that she worked equally for both ourselves and the landlord which is another thing you don't normally get with agents. I truly appreciate her honesty and her positive energy and vibe. Thanks Yasmin

Natalie from Fletchers Lettings Agency in Chiswick has been exceptional, her responsiveness was incredible as well as her professionalism and kindness, not just Natalie but the whole team. Our flat went on the market to rent and the right tenants were found within 24 hours not just one but four. Highly recommended.

I have been dealing with Tina Stres (Lettings Consultant) at Fletchers to search for a rental property and she has been nothing but helpful, informative, professional and absolutely friendly and polite. She is brilliant with the way she interacts with people which is one of the best qualities to have for a be person in her line of work. I have been some pleased with her service and would recommend her anytime. I am still looking for a property due to the shortage of properties but I suppose with my requirements it has not been that easy but I trust Tina will help me find something. Many thanks Shaheena
