GoogleI wish there were negative stars for how pathetic and unprofessional this letting company has behaved. The agent (Paul Biris) should never be allowed to talk to people. He has no manners whatsoever. He had arranged to show us two homes in Chiswick back to back. We arrived on time to the first home - to the surprise of one of his colleagues (Leigh). However she let us see the property while trying to cover up for Paul, who was late, and trying to let him know that we had arrived by train so couldn’t get to the second property quickly if he was to meet us there, after viewing the first home with her. Paul eventually arrived at the first home retorting and I quote “it’s not my job to drive you around”(!!). Somehow we were supposed to know that he was not showing us the first property AND that we should have come by car to fit his schedule of viewings. I would NEVER use this place. Their lack of competence is astounding, and attitude is just disgraceful.

GoogleThanks Han for helping our family find our new home in Chiswick. We relocated from Japan to London in the summer of 2022 when the real estate market was very hot. We started searching for agents while we were still in Japan. Other agencies were "too busy" to help us with find our perfect property, pushed properties 1000 GBP above our budget, or simply dismissed us after learning we were from "overseas" which the considered risky. Han, kept following up with us and understood our schedule and took our requirements into mind. Once the property came up that matched our profile, schedule and budget he was able to get us in early and close the deal.
