Tina from this office managed through a very long and drawn out process with us (we are Aussies relocating to UK) and was patient and great natured with lots of positive energy throughout. TIA ( not to be confused with TINA) was there for us in a clutch moment when we needed a contract amended, and literally saved days of messing around by quickly marshalling our landlady, and her manager to make sure a contract adjustment was done literally in five minutes. It was quite a superhero act. Thank you Tia! Highly recommend this office for professionalism and a serious action-orientation / empowered staff culture.

The team at Fletchers were outstanding from start to finish on my recent flat sale. We were originally listed with another agent who had delivered zero offers for us, were hopeless at giving timely and constructive feedback and made little progress in the sale of our property in months. Jack proactively reached out and because of that we decided to let them market the flat as well. They showed up the other agent at every step of the way; from the onboarding, the communication, the number of viewings, and ultimately the offer we needed. Our main negotiator Ema was EXCEPTIONAL and there were several times our sale might not have gone through if it wasn’t for her perseverance, tenacity and experience. I was grateful to have her in our corner and would recommend her to absolutely everyone.
