From our very first interaction, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She guided us through every step of the process with patience and expertise, answering all our questions (and there were many!) and making what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and exciting. GoogleI bought my property in March 2025. I dealt with Herman throughout the process and he was more than fantastic and professional. I couldn't have hoped for a better agent. He provided constant updates, so much so that I memorised the office number by the end. He was positive and worked hard to get the sale over the line. It was a pleasure working for him on my first home and he will be an agent I won't forget. I would recommend him highly.

GoogleInitially a positive experience with Fletchers and managed to sign on a flat however this is where problems started to arise and after signing, we were asked to make additional changes to the contract. The clauses we were asked to agree to were completely ridiculous. Ultimately the deal ended up falling through and we were left in the dark for much of the process.

GoogleI was with another estate agent who were terrible. I kept getting letters every 2 weeks for about 7 months saying that Fletchers could sell my flat. I gave in and gave them a call. The first thing that struck me was how positive everyone was. Jack who runs the office was brilliant and Ema who managed the whole sales process was outstanding. I couldn’t recommend them enough especially given that my property was a hard flat to sell. All I can say is a massive thank you to all…Herman included 😊
