GoogleRecently I viewed 2 flats around Hammersmith area from Fletchers Brook Green Property Agency. I have been assisted by one of the Sales Consultant Chloe Matlaszek. I must admit that Chloe has been very professional, customer focused and bang on time. She is not only conducted those 2 viewing but gave me a positive analysis and a proper advice on both properties. Also, further afterwords after my proposed offer Chloe has been constantly in contact with me to accommodate my needs in terms of my offer and supported me in every my move, which means a lot to me as a potential buyer. I would thanks Chloe personally and her Branch Manager for an excellent service provided. Much appreciated. A customer Mr Fraser S

GoogleI have recently sold a property through Fletchers and I would especially like to thank Emanuele Fiorini for her proactive and diligent approach towards the whole sale process. She is extremely efficient and great at communication which is very reassuring. Buying and selling properties is becoming increasingly complicated but with brokers like Emanuele one can be assured that the process is moving forward and as a seller it’s great to receive regular updates. I would like to thank Emanuele again for her hard work and commitment.

GoogleI had been living in a property in GWQ Brentford since 2022 which was managed by Fletchers Chiswick, and I had the pleasure of being supported by Banna Hannes (Senior Property Manager with Fletchers Chiswick) during my tenancy for the past year. From the very beginning, she did a stellar job in understanding our requirements and making sure everything ran smoothly while we were living there. What stood out the most was her proactive support throughout the process of moving out, she guided us at every step and ensured that our deposit refund was handled quickly and efficiently. Banna has been professional, approachable, and genuinely supportive throughout, and I truly appreciate her efforts in being a Super star, . Highly recommend her and the team at Fletchers for anyone looking for a smooth renting experience. Best wishes to Banna and the team at Fletchers Chiswick.

GoogleI have been dealing with fletchers for a while in search of a rental property. The agent i have been dealing with is Narmin. Myself and my husband went to view a property and made an offer straight away. I had to keep chasing for a response from the agency as they weren’t reaponding to any emails. I then finally heard back and all details were gone through. Again its was so difficult to get any contact with Narmin and ended up speaking with another person in the office who told me would come back to me but never did. I called again today and was told they tried calling me ( never did ) and that the property was gone. We are so disappointed with Fletchers and being dragged along when we could have been looking elsewhere.

GoogleCannot recommend enough. We have had some frustrating delays due to an unforeseen chain but Emanuele especially has gone above and beyond. She has frequently reached out to us with updates, liaised with our solicitor when we couldn't even reach him, communicated with the buyer and generally been a superstar. Always easy to get hold of and Emanuele has made this incredibly stressful process much less stressful. Thank you to Jack, the team behind the scenes and of course Emanuele for all your continued hard work. Katie
