GoogleWhat a journey this process has been ! I can’t thank the estate agent in particular Rob and Abbie for their hard work, dedication and persistence. At one point everything seemed all bleak and with their support we managed to get through a hurdle!! Well, multiple hurdles to be exact. I couldn’t have asked for better support from the team. I would definitely recommend this estate agent . Thank you again! Superb team !

GoogleCannot recommend this estate agent enough! From start to finish, the sale of our house was stress free and so straightforward! They got us an offer within three days of our house being put for sale. Julian and his team were the absolute best! Constant communication with us and nothing was too much hassle for them. When he wasn’t available Abbie took various calls from us and kept us informed and updated. All in all offer to completion took 8 weeks with no fuss or delays. Would happily deal with them again in the future, Thank you for helping us move to the next stage of our family life! Hopefully we can work with you all again in the future!

GoogleOne of the worse experience ever. when we moved in all fine. Megan was great and did everything really fast. We moved in and the property was not great on cleaning but we decided to clean on our own and move in quickly. Once we move we realized during winter that the humidity was crazy and mould was coming out really easy even if we had heating, windows open during the day for few hours and dehumidifier always on. Few months later Andrea came in to check the property and we told her about the issue. During the visit she told us she would have look into it and sort it out. We even ask for an extractor fun in the toilet and once again she said she would have look into it. We trusted her and she left. Few days later she sent an email blaming us of not taking care properly and we should have open the windows more etc. we were both shocked. At the end of the first year of contract we didn't want to do an house moving again an it was hard to find a good price rent so we decided to stay one more year. We stayed and during the winter we both a new dehumidifier but the would was that much that even that didn't help. I start cleaning the ceiling more often and even paint on my own to try to keep it nice and clean. In June we had a shooting from Tiffany for their add as we were leaving. The same day the boiler stop working (Thursday) and we told Tiffany. She was so lovely to say "I'll take care and refer to property management". You can imagine how difficult it is to have crazy cold shower but we have been waiting after Friday afternoon but no one contact us. I email Tiffany (who confirm that she refer on thursday about the boiler) and all suddenly finally Andrea called saying that was then too late because of Friday afternoon and difficult to find someone and we would have to wait until Monday. When I remind her that we couldn't stay with cold shower she kept saying that there was nothing she cold do and it was all fine to keep cold water until Monday. Only when finally complaint with someone else in the company about her behaviour then we got someone to fix temporary the boiler. Now we left and we had inventory check two days before then end of tenancy exactly because we didn't trust them anymore. Well after two days cleaning the property they find few small spots and they want to charge us for a professional cleaning (don't forget that they didn't give it clean to us) and some of the marks to be clean were already there when we moved in. As we got still two days of rent paid I asked to go and clean by my self but they regret to give us access even if rent is paid.

Whilst it is disappointing that you felt the experience you had with us warranted a 1 star review, at Fairfield we will always try to address all issues reported by tenants as quick as it is possible via our reliable contractor network. With regards to the end of tenancy checkout report, unfortunately we are not in control of the opinion that is provided by the inventory clerk who is employed to provide an unbiased independent view of the change in condition at the end of your tenancy. We can only liasie with you to provide their findings and highlight the points they raised as tenants responsibility.

The staff were always polite and efficient, communication was excellent and she was kept up to date throughout the process. Julian was particularly helpful in expediting the exchange of contracts. Would highly recommend.

GoogleIt has been a delight to buy a home through Fairfield Estate Agents Ltd. As a small company, I felt the agents had a friendlier, more personal approach. They were very professional, but kept that personal touch when communicating with me and kept me in the loop all the way through the sale. I would highly recommend them as a company, but especially Megan whose bright and sunny approach was so refreshing in a salesperson, I wanted to invite her to tea! Thank you guys for all the help and understanding you afforded all involved in the sale.

GoogleFrom start to finish, Fairfield Estates were great when we sold our property. Very professional, and yet down to earth and approachable. They ‘held our hand’ every step of the way. Explaining the whole process clearly. They were always on the end of the phone to answer any of our questions, big or small, and especially helpful with any form filling. They also put us in touch with a solicitor. The sale went through smoothly and we can’t thank them enough. Would highly recommend.
