GoogleI recently dealt with Fairfield as a purchaser and have dealt with them previously. I cannot fault the service and friendliness (and local knowledge) of Fairfield, they are always great to deal with. They assisted in moving the sale / purchase along really well and I would be pleased to deal with them again in the future

GoogleWhat could be a stressful experience was made easy by everyone at Fairfields North Watford. From the valuation visit through to completion of sale they were brilliant. All their staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Despite going to market in December they sold the house at a good price within 9 weeks and all offers came with a good understanding of the potential buyers positions which is critical in helping choose the right one. I could not recommend the team there more highly.

GoogleI can honestly say from start to finish Fairfield's have been a pleasure to deal with. In particularly Julian - what a lovely, honest friendly guy. Julian really did go above and beyond to push the sale through in a timely manner. There was hiccups along the way - not down to Fairfield's i must add. I was kept informed throughout my purchase. This is the second time i have used Fairfield's and would recommend them every time. Thank you Julian and Team. 5 Star!!

GoogleWe have just sold our house through Fairfeilds and the whole experience was great. Excellent commitment to making us feel like our house was top of the list when it came to being marketed and every effort was made to make the sale. Rob, Julian and Megan plus the team were very easy going, happy to discuss even minor questions. The process is never smooth but Fairfeilds made it as smooth as can be even with buyers pulling out and organising viewings around our schedule. Highly recommended.

Chris worked tirelessly and did a fantastic job in resolving any queries I had throughout the transaction. Chris was always available for an update chat or to catch up generally. Where Chris was on annual leave, his colleagues were also as friendly and helpful. The positive experience I’ve enjoyed Chris and his wider team has been unrivalled. I would not hesitate in recommending Chris/Fairfields to others. There is an excellent team at the Watford office, and I have to say it’s a wonderful thing to see ‘good old customer service’ is an inherent part of your firm’s ethos and to experience it first hand (especially as the buyer). Vito, Dani and Andrea were exceptionally kind, caring and informative about the whole process which made me and my partner feel a lot more confident and comfortable. Talking to them and always being kept up to date and moving so fast with the process, their work was amazing. Me and my partner could not thank them enough for all their help and support and guidance and now to be moving into our first flat thanks to Fairfield and their wonderful team!

GoogleWe sold our property through Fairfield Estates and I thoroughly recommend them. We had such a difficult purchase which was held up by probate. Julian was so calm, so patient, and so professional. He stopped us all from going insane! He ensured all parties were well informed and up to date. He provided reassurance and kept everything running smoothly. A huge thank you to Rob too, who was brilliant right from the initial valuation, and through to the end. The brochure they produced to sell our house was fantastic and ensured regular viewings. Can't praise them enough.
