GoogleThere really isn’t enough space to write, how impressed, me and my husband are, with the service, we have received from the team at Fairfield Estates in Bushey. They have always been incredibly supportive, helpful, friendly and professional. No job is too much for them. They genuinely care about their clients and do their upmost to get you the results you want. When we have been in their office, we have seen how they respond to their clients. It’s clear to see that they, truly care. We are so happy to have put our trust in them. We would especially like to thank Micheal Gomes. His dedication, commitment and customer service, has always been impeccable. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with, always listening to any questions we may have and always doing his best to help us. He is an exceptional estate agent, who we will always be so grateful and thankful to have met. Although our purchase is still going through, we have every faith in the team at Bushey Mill lane, knowing that they will get us through, our new front door. If you’re looking for all of the above, look no further. These guys, really are the best!

GoogleI cannot rate Fairfield's or sing their praises enough. We sold our house through Fairfield's Watford and bought our new home through Fairfield's South Oxhey so we will be leaving reviews for both branches. What we say about one also applies to the other! We dealt with pretty much everyone at some point and every time we received a personal outstanding service. They all knew us and we never had to repeat or explain everything all over, it was always a seamless handover of outstanding communication. From the moment we made an offer on our home, the team went over and above for us working tirelessly to ensure we secured it. They know the area like the back of their hands and you will never be in safer hands. If you want an honest, reliable, personal exceptional service then give them a call!

GoogleDid someone say moving was stressful? If it is supposed to be, for us Fairfield really did go out of their way to ensure it was not stressful at all for us. All staff members were so polite each time we called, considerate when arranging and doing viewings and really did go out of their way to answer any questions we had along the way. From the moment we put our house for sale to completing, the communication from Fairfield was excellent. We don't plan on moving again anytime soon but if we did, we will 100% use Fairfield. GoogleI've only moved house twice and both times have been challenging for want of a better word! The difference on this occasion was Fairfield Estates, specifically Matt Holmes and his team in the Watford office. From the initial viewings with Michael, to the regular, informative, friendly check-in's with Matt, I cannot rate this team highly enough for their professionalism, down to earth nature, calm manner under pressure and the ability to make the house buying process that bit smoother. As the buyer I wasn't the paying customer and yet I feel that I received such an amazing service. I would recommend Fairfield Estates without hesitation. It's apparent in their manner that they value all of their clients, their attention to detail, communication and knowledge is impressive. I was never left hanging on for a response, Matt worked tirelessly to get my purchase over the line, going above and beyond on several occasions and I'm hugely grateful. A lovely little touch from Dani was a gift box welcoming me to my new home the day after I moved in. If you're considering selling or are lucky enough to be buying through this office you won't be disappointed. If I ever decide to sell I know where I'll be going.

GoogleI recently bought a house through this agency, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire team was incredibly helpful, and I could tell they did their best with the seller. A special thanks to Michael for his patience, especially since I was quite persistent. They allowed me to view the property more than once, and their communication was excellent, mostly through email, but they also made sure to call me when needed. Thank you so much for all your hard work! I should have written this review back in May, but with the move, I’m only getting to it now. I’m thrilled with my new home and grateful for the support I received from the team.

The team at Bushey Mill Lane were friendly, knowledgeable and worked to ensure that I was making the right purchase, rather than being solely focused on just selling a property like most of the agents I had dealt with previously during my search. At every touch point, Matthew, Michael and Dani went above and beyond. They have amazing knowledge of the area and the properties in it. I can’t recommend them enough and whilst I have bought my forever home, if I were to sell, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them.

GoogleWhat a journey this process has been ! I can’t thank the estate agent in particular Rob and Abbie for their hard work, dedication and persistence. At one point everything seemed all bleak and with their support we managed to get through a hurdle!! Well, multiple hurdles to be exact. I couldn’t have asked for better support from the team. GoogleCannot recommend this estate agent enough! From start to finish, the sale of our house was stress free and so straightforward! They got us an offer within three days of our house being put for sale. Julian and his team were the absolute best! Constant communication with us and nothing was too much hassle for them. When he wasn’t available Abbie took various calls from us and kept us informed and updated. All in all offer to completion took 8 weeks with no fuss or delays. Would happily deal with them again in the future, Thank you for helping us move to the next stage of our family life! Hopefully we can work with you all again in the future!
