GoogleSelling my flat through Fairfields has been a great experience, Megan in particular provided fantastic help and advice through the whole process including finding a buyer within a week after it had been with another estate agent for over 6 months. She really helped with communication between lawyers and myself and did everything she could to make the process as smooth as possible.

GoogleThe rent prices of the properties they deal with are really reasonable or quite 'fair' for the pricy regions like Watford or St Albans. All the staff are friendly and happy to offer support. I cannot recommend them enough!

GoogleImpeccable Service from a truly great team. From my first appointment to the last, every single team member went above and beyond. I was so confident after the first meeting with Matt that I didn’t even ask another agent to have a look. They didn’t complain when I wanted them to rush the photos and listing because I wanted it sold while I was on holiday (typically for their service levels, they even have a really lovely photographer). They sold my house before the ink was dry on the brochure and then did everything and anything they could to make the transaction trouble free. Special mention to Matt, Dani, Michael, Tiffany and Vito who I spoke to the most. I cannot recommend them all highly enough.

GoogleFairfields South Oxhey Branch - Rob, Abbie and Team were amazing. From the moment we first contacted Fairfields, they were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Always available to answer any questions we had regarding our sale. They have really gone above and beyond, Abbie has been truly amazing, securing our exchange/completion through a very stressful and frustrating time, due to a long chain. We were kept in the loop the whole time, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local branch who are knowledgeable, professional and overall a really nice team to work with.

GoogleWe have used Fairfield estates for 3 property Sale / Purchases now. We have in the past dealt with other agents and Fairfield shine high above any others we have come across. All the team have a detailed knowledge and understanding of the market. They are always at the end of the phone to hold your hand and provide what ever support is needed and even when the transaction progresses to solicitors, they don't stop. They work with all parties to ensure everyone is on the same page. Could not be happier. Thank you to the whole team for everything you put into our last sale we will be forever grateful.

GoogleWe liked the property, and Lucy was very helpful. However, our three-star rating is due to a few issues we experienced: 1. The advertised move-in date was listed as November 1st, but we only received final confirmation three days before this date. While our application mentioned an application deadline of November 15th, this wasn’t clearly explained to us during our initial visit for ID verification, so we were unaware of its exact implications until just days before November 1st. 2. We had requested a tenancy agreement of at least two years, but we were offered only a one-year contract. 3. On two occasions when we called to confirm the tenancy agreement duration, the office staff seemed unsure. One representative provided us with incorrect information, likely due to a lack of familiarity with our case. Overall, while we appreciate the property and assistance, clearer communication from the office would have made the process smoother.

The lettings process has a large amount of compliance points that have to be covered at the initial stages of securing your interest in a property. This is covered within our comprehensive Tenants Guide that you would have received by email prior to securing your offer to rent the property, especially around available date and the deadline for agreement date. GoogleFairfields have been so helpful with our sale and our purchase, I highly recommend them. It has been a long drawn out process for us, but Matt has always been available, patiently answering my endless questions and supporting us wherever possible. He always answers calls and messages promptly and on the rare occasions that he was not available all the other staff have been able to help. Estate agents are often berated but Matt and Fairfields are the only ones who have talked any sense throughout this whole process.

GoogleThe service provided by Fairfields in the Sales process is a game changer in this competitive market. The stress of selling was literally taken away from us by having the Sales team be the intermediary and the one to push the buyer and their solicitor to get things done. I wasn't expecting that level of service and having sold a few properties over the years, I can categorically say that Fairfields shaved off 3-4 weeks in the process by dedicating the time and efforts of the team to hand hold the process along from both Buyer and Seller side. Thank you for the exceptional service over the years both as a Landlord and a Seller. It's a shame I couldn't hold onto the house just to continue to work with your team!
