GoogleAfzal of FairdealProperty was great at communications despite his busy schedule & flexible in his availability to show me properties to rent. He was also great at showing me a wide range of options & shared knowledge of soon-to-be available properties that he intuited that I may prefer. His intuition proved accurate as I chose to rent one of the flats that weren't yet advertised as available. Fairdeal is a local, fsmily-owned business, so there is more of a personal touch in our interactions. Afzal has made himself personally available if I need anything & has reached out via text to check if I have successfully moved-in. If you plan to rent in the Aldgate/Whitechapel/Shadwell area, I would highly recommend that you consider contacting Fairdeal.

GoogleAfter 1 month of paperwork and referencing they come up with new reasons to delay. We paid the deposit and 1st month rent as they asked after all the references were approved, the contract was signed and then they say that the property needs gas, electricity certificate and the landlord is acting funny. They postponed our moving date by a week and then closer to time again asked for another 2 weeks before they could deliver. They spent too much time on checking if we could pay our rent but forgot to do what they should have. They left us in a situation of being homeless. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate, didn’t even try to get us another property because,”THEY ARE NOT LIKE OTHER ESTATE AGENTs.” Rohan says this to everyone I guess but we didn’t know that this is what he meant when he was saying that. Just a suggestion to everyone please do not rely on them and keep your house hunt going until you have moved into a property they have advertised as it’s very simple for them to just call and say hey sorry we cannot move forward with this deal. They had the audacity to say we will refund you your money without deducting our operating expenses. Protect yourself from being in a homeless situation like we were in.

Hi Trilochan, Firstly, we would like to apologise about what happened. We too were left in the dark with the landlord and are legally pursuing him for our cost and expenses. We spent months trying to let his apartment and when it came to move in date he started to play games. Unfortunately, in this business if a landlord pulls out last minute there is not much we can do. We know it left you in a difficult position and we are genuinely sorry about this, if there is anything we can do please do let us know. I assure you this does not reflect how we work and we will never be working with that landlord again. Lettings Team Fairdeal Properties

GoogleI had the pleasure of being a tenant with Majid and his team at Fairdeal Properties for around 18 months. The house was great and the team were very responsive with any requests or queries raised. If living around postcode W3 again in London, I'll certainly use them as an agency. They are well established, fully licenced and do credit/reference checks, so you can be sure all dealings are above board which was very important to me.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Whenever any issues came up, the team were on it and got results. I was happy and so were the tenants. Great value for money. All statements were emailed to me on time with quick replies to any queries on my end. Majid took on an immense job of liaising with the council, insurance companies and tenant during a difficult Covid period. Thank you to Fairdeal for representing their name fully.
