Fairdeal is a trusted company with excellent service and care. I’ve rented with Mr Majid since last year, from the viewing to moving in to living there and moving out, Mr Majid and his team has been incredibly helpful and has made my husband and I feel safe and in good hands. Any repairs or feedback were addressed promptly, the cleaner does an excellent job, property is in a good condition and Mr Majid is incredibly understanding and flexible and easy to reach whenever we need any help. This kind of service is rare in the property rental market in London. Thank you so much to the team, I highly recommend 👍

From Moving In to Moving Out, everything was smooth and safe. Majid is great at what he does. The room we got was great and all the housemates were cool. Any maintenance issues were usually met quickly and we also got a bathroom remade economically. I would recommend Fairdeal Properties.

If living around postcode W3 again in London, I'll certainly use them as an agency. After 1 month of paperwork and referencing they come up with new reasons to delay. We paid the deposit and 1st month rent as they asked after all the references were approved, the contract was signed and then they say that the property needs gas, electricity certificate and the landlord is acting funny. They postponed our moving date by a week and then closer to time again asked for another 2 weeks before they could deliver. They spent too much time on checking if we could pay our rent but forgot to do what they should have. They left us in a situation of being homeless. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate, didn’t even try to get us another property because,”THEY ARE NOT LIKE OTHER ESTATE AGENTs.” Rohan says this to everyone I guess but we didn’t know that this is what he meant when he was saying that. Just a suggestion to everyone please do not rely on them and keep your house hunt going until you have moved into a property they have advertised as it’s very simple for them to just call and say hey sorry we cannot move forward with this deal. They had the audacity to say we will refund you your money without deducting our operating expenses. Protect yourself from being in a homeless situation like we were in.

I rented an ensuite room in a shared house from this company for just under one year and five months. They made sure every room had a designated fridge in the shared kitchen and a designated cupboard. They were also very honest and gave me a fair market price. They also returned my deposit in full at the end of the tenancy period, and for the last month, since I wasn't staying till the end of the month they only charged me a portion of the rent. On the other hand, when one of the washing machines broke down they were very slow to send someone to repair it (I'm not sure how long exactly but it was more than a month), so all 8 tenants in the house had to rely on 1 washing machine,and I left before the other one could be repaired, so I don't know if they finished repairing/replacing it. Overall it was good, and I would recommend it.
