FacebookThey took over our old agents without us getting told till the day it happened. Made us change all of locks. one flats member locked him self out they didn’t say they would have to pay so slept in his car for the night. In the morning tried charging him £150.

GoogleRecently moved out but had good experience with the agency. The most non-problematic agency I have been with. Good timely response when something occurs. Not money hungry like other London agencies and landlords. Would 100% recommend.

GoogleI have recently transacted with Mr Afzal of Fairdeal Property as a buyer. The transaction was complex with various moving dimensions through out the 13 weeks process. Despite multiple unexpected challenges sometimes driven from legal professional, vendor and other stakeholders, Mr Afzal managed it professionally going beyond and above to solve issues. Due to his problem solving approach and constant communication we finally managed to successfully complete the transaction. I’ve rented with Mr Majid since last year, from the viewing to moving in to living there and moving out, Mr Majid and his team has been incredibly helpful and has made my husband and I feel safe and in good hands. Any repairs or feedback were addressed promptly, the cleaner does an excellent job, property is in a good condition and Mr Majid is incredibly understanding and flexible and easy to reach whenever we need any help. This kind of service is rare in the property rental market in London. Thank you so much to the team, I highly recommend 👍
