GoogleI lived in a property managed by Fairdeal properties for over 1 year and had been in touch with Afzal from day one. He was very prompt in dealing with my contract and the keys, so my move was as smooth as it could possibly be. Me and my flatmates communicated directly with Afzal regarding any questions and issues about the property and he has been reliable and efficient in dealing with everything we needed. I would definitely love to co operate with Afzal and Fairdeal properties in the future should I need a property around the areas they cover. Overall I'm very happy to have worked with a helpful and professional agent and I felt very looked after as a customer.

GoogleArguably the best letting agent (in Middlesex). They’re very responsive, very caring and reasonable. Unlike most agents, they’re straightforward, nothing hidden or trying to extract money from you. Reasonable agent fees and professional service. Majid and Eva are awesome.

GoogleAn outstanding service from day 1. The most helpful, honest and diligent letting agency I've encountered. They always reply promptly, and have helped any and every issue that has cropped up. I have had experience with several agencies and none have compared. (none of the usual frustrations!) The price felt too good to be true but the service has exceeded our expectations - they really do go above and beyond. I cannot recommend highly enough!
