GoogleThe best estate agents I've experienced by far, the flat was great and any problems addressed immediately. The owner is very kind and reasonable and my deposit was returned within a few days of moving out.

GoogleFairdeal Properties is a great real estate agency. The owner of this agency is a very nice and helpful person. I rented my first UK apartment through them and their help and support cannot be forgotten. They responded immediately to every queries and occasions. Also when I had to leave the property for unforeseen reasons, they helped in the exit process too and returned the deposits on time without asking. I wish them all the best and definitely recommend them.

GoogleI rented an ensuite room in a shared house from this company for just under one year and five months. They made sure every room had a designated fridge in the shared kitchen and a designated cupboard. They were also very honest and gave me a fair market price. They also returned my deposit in full at the end of the tenancy period, and for the last month, since I wasn't staying till the end of the month they only charged me a portion of the rent. On the other hand, when one of the washing machines broke down they were very slow to send someone to repair it (I'm not sure how long exactly but it was more than a month), so all 8 tenants in the house had to rely on 1 washing machine, and I left before the other one could be repaired, so I don't know if they finished repairing/replacing it. Overall it was good, and I would recommend it.

GoogleDue to COVID a few years ago I was unable to pay my full rent for a while at the time and had to move out as I could no longer afford to stay. They were very kind and let me pay the rent money that I wasn’t able to during that time back slowly, in arrears, over whatever time I needed to. Very thankful thank you very much. Always friendly and understanding.

GoogleWe rented out a property through Fairdeal and can sincerely recommend them. Majid and his team have integrity. They were sincerely committed to delivering an honest and excellent service to both landlord and tenant. When we came to sell, we chose to go with Fairdeal and again, were really impressed with Rohan's efficiency, transparency and hard work. The people at Fairdeal Properties seem to be good human beings as well as being good at their job.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
