GoogleCan't really fault the representative who did the viewing at short notice, but the description of the property was economical with the truth. There were numerous omissions regarding state of the property internally, and to say it was 'Professionally decorated throughout' was an utter fabrication! If there had been a truthful description of the property we wouldn't have of wasted our time.

GoogleWhere to begin? My father passed and left a property in his will. It hasn't been easy - the legal side was complicated, and the family side evenmoreso. Cambell and his team have been outstanding. They set the right expectations upfront and guided us through every step - with compassion and understanding. They gave a great assessment of the property and described it in its best possible light. But more importantly, they have been straight, easy to work with, and responsive. I highly recommend! UPDATE The property was sold! Our buyers were very slippery - but we finally got them to commit and stop messing us about. The Auction was the best way to pin them down - as they kept making private treaty offers and withdrawing them at the final hour. Delighted with the service and result!

GoogleAs a buyer the service has been abysmal. 1st offer rejected, absolutely fine, second offer had to call over 24hrs later to be asked 'Did you not have a text!' No I didn't. I was then informed that the vendors accepted an offer this morning even though they had stated that they wanted to wait a few weeks for viewings before making a decision, without us knowing or having the chance to counter their offer. We have since counter offered over asking price and STILL no contact whatsoever.

GoogleDear Mr Evans, I am writing to thank you for organising the auction sale of my property which reached completion today,4 weeks from the date of the auction. The auction process was definitely the best route for my property and I believe gave a better outcome than a normal sale. There was much less uncertainty than with accepting an offer given the more binding nature of the auction sale and gave a fast completion as above, the whole process was very efficient. I found your information and advice incredibly helpful through the process, the excellent marketing and viewing service raised a lot of interest and several eventual bidders. There was always a quick response to email or phone queries. I would certainly recommend the auction process as I thought I would have more difficulty selling my property but it sold at a good price. I would also recommend Evans Bros for the sale of property by any means because of the excellent, helpful, professional, and approachable service. Once again very many thanks indeed for an excellent and much appreciated service.

GoogleJust the best experience in a difficult market - plenty of viewings, serious cash buyer bought before auction & the service, advice, communication & calm good common sense helped us through what seemed an impossible time. Thank you Dai, Sarah & Rhys - you were fantastic.

GooglePurchased a House through Evans Bros. We were so impressed with everyone in the Llanybydder office who dealt with us, especially Rhys who went above and beyond to get the completion over the line, he was so professional and quick to respond to our endless emails. I would highly recommend Evan Bros to sell your property and great to deal with if your purchasing a property. Many thanks again

GoogleGreat result for selling miscellaneous small agricultural / horticultural equipment and materials that were surplus to requirements, at the monthly agricultural machinery mart. My first experience of selling by auction, and won't be the last!

GoogleGenerally a good market but January sale was pants - lots of no shows (including the one we were interested in) and at £10 per person to get in a very expensive visit

FacebookWe have used Evans Bros in Aberaeron for our last two sales and cannot fault the efficiency and professionalism of Alex, Dai and Sue. We were kept up to date throughout the sales process and any questions, queries or concerns that cropped up were dealt with quickly. We highly recommend them and after such great professional service why would we use anyone else. 5* Performance from a 5* team Thank you for looking after us so well, very much appreciated.
