GoogleWhere to begin? My father passed and left a property in his will. It hasn't been easy - the legal side was complicated, and the family side evenmoreso. Cambell and his team have been outstanding. They set the right expectations upfront and guided us through every step - with compassion and understanding. They gave a great assessment of the property and described it in its best possible light. But more importantly, they have been straight, easy to work with, and responsive. I highly recommend! UPDATE The property was sold! Our buyers were very slippery - but we finally got them to commit and stop messing us about. The Auction was the best way to pin them down - as they kept making private treaty offers and withdrawing them at the final hour. Delighted with the service and result!

GoogleDear Mr Evans, I am writing to thank you for organising the auction sale of my property which reached completion today,4 weeks from the date of the auction. The auction process was definitely the best route for my property and I believe gave a better outcome than a normal sale. There was much less uncertainty than with accepting an offer given the more binding nature of the auction sale and gave a fast completion as above,the whole process was very efficient. I found your information and advice incredibly helpful through the process, the excellent marketing and viewing service raised a lot of interest and several eventual bidders. There was always a quick response to email or phone queries. I would certainly recommend the auction process as I thought I would have more difficulty selling my property but it sold at a good price. I would also recommend Evans Bros for the sale of property by any means because of the excellent, helpful, professional, and approachable service. Once again very many thanks indeed for an excellent and much appreciated service.

GoogleAs a buyer the service has been abysmal. 1st offer rejected, absolutely fine, second offer had to call over 24hrs later to be asked 'Did you not have a text!' No I didn't. I was then informed that the vendors accepted an offer this morning even though they had stated that they wanted to wait a few weeks for viewings before making a decision, without us knowing or having the chance to counter their offer. We have since counter offered over asking price and STILL no contact whatsoever.
