GoogleWe sold our house through Evans Bros Llanybydder in March 2026 and have nothing but praise for the team. We were supported throughout the entire journey by Rhys, who was fantastic with every aspect of the sale. From the initial valuation, Rhys provided clear advice and a solid roadmap of how the process would work. He was incredibly efficient with viewings and consistent with feedback. What really stood out was his communication; he regularly checked in with all parties, buyers, solicitors, and other agents, to keep everything on track. Rhys truly went above and beyond, and I cannot recommend Evans Bros highly enough if you are looking to sell your home. Diolch yn fawr!

GoogleAfter a couple of very difficult years, contemplating selling our house and moving to a new start was daunting, the staff at Evans Bros were very professional and reassuring, both Dai and Angharad worked through the process and putting our property onto the market at a realistic price, this attracted lots of interest and an offer within the first week was accepted. communication was excellent and no question or request was too difficult. The whole process from offer accepted to completion was less than two months. I don't believe that we would of had this excellent level of service from an other company in the area Fantastic work, Thankyou so much

Purchaser swiftly secured and Rhys was instrumental in holding things together, especially the seller, throughout a prolonged and difficult transaction. Have to also praise Sam for pushing things over the line. Very grateful for the hand holding and great communication.

GoogleEvan's Bros were friendly and helpful every step of the way, we purchased our home through them. We had a very stressful sales process at our end, which Ffion made sure she was on top of and kept in touch, liasing with us and our vendor. We are very grateful to be in our new home and would recommend Evan's Bros to anyone thinking of selling . As a buyer, everything from their end was dealt with promptly and efficiently .
